Welcome to a journey of profound personal growth and self-discovery. In this six-week online class, I invite you to explore the depths of your authentic self, guided by the principles of “The Curious Voyage to Authenticity.” Together, we’ll uncover the tools and insights to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Who Should Attend?
This course is for seekers, devoted to living an authentic life. It will be especially useful for therapists, coaches, and those in the healing profession, as you will gain tools and development to support your clinical work while deepening your personal evolution.
What to Expect
In each live session, I’ll guide the group through reflective exercises, group discussions, and practical tools. Participants will engage in self-reflection, journaling, and mindfulness practices to deepen your understanding and integration of the material.
Each week is designed to build upon the last, fostering a sense of progression and momentum toward authenticity.
Group support and camaraderie will be fostered to uplift, inspire, and hold each member accountable in their personal journey.
Participants will unravel the layers of conditioning and societal expectations that may have veiled their true essence. They will leave with greater relief, purpose, and creativity.

Confidentiality: This program is delivered using a PowerPoint presentation, live/online exercises, and possible dyad work. Attendees will be working with their own personal material. All personal information is to be kept confidential and may not be shared elsewhere. I will treat all personal information of others with the same respect which I would expect for myself.
Online Platform: It is understood that technology-assisted teaching, due to the lack of nonverbal cues normally present in in-person teaching, is prone to misunderstandings. Clarification will be requested when necessary.
Privacy Breaches: Technology-assisted teaching utilizes several outside resources and companies (internet and software providers, public utilities, etc). All these entities are prone to their security risks.
Competency: I understand this course may stir up uncomfortable feelings. I take full responsibility for monitoring my participation, asking for help, and seeking outside assistance if and when needed. This class is not therapy and is not intended to be therapy. It is for educational purposes and personal development. The class is not designed or intended to be used for the attendee’s therapy or clinical supervision. If I find that I am emotionally activated during the program, I will speak to the instructor or an assistant and take the necessary steps to regulate myself. If participants need additional support or input following this course, this is not the responsibility of the instructor or Cynthasis, Inc.

Therapist, speaker, and trainer in the mind/body field for over three decades, Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW brings a wealth of training and experience to her current private practice in Integrative Therapy called Cynthasis. Ms. Schwartzberg obtained her Masters in Social Work from New York University and her Bachelors in Psychology from American University.

The Registration Details
Recording: We will be recording the class for future viewers and educational purposes. If you choose to share with the group during the sessions, you may be on the video for other viewers.
Refund Policy: If you attend the first evening and do not feel the classs is a fit for your needs, you can receive a full refund minus the administration fee ($75.) Refunds are not available after September 20.
