Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, is a respected Brainspotting Trainer, Consultant, and Author of The Curious Voyage to Authenticity. With over 30 years of experience in body-mind-spirit healing, Cynthia studied with David Grand before the inception of Brainspotting and continues to train alongside him.
She is the founder of Cynthasis and the Southeast Brainspotting Institute, as well as a published researcher and passionate advocate for deep, embodied healing.
