Brainspotting is based on the principle that “where you look affects how you feel,” using fixed eye positions and deep focused mindfulness to process and release emotionally and bodily-based conditions such as PTSD, phobias, trauma, and performance issues. Through my own personal sessions of Brainspotting, my window of tolerance has grown immensely for the following life experiences: spiritual abuse, divorced parents, and being held at gunpoint. My real healing journey began from Brainspotting.
