Deeper Healing Workshop Overview
Developed out of the Healing with Brainspotting Group, Deeper Healing offers a unique opportunity for self-care. Join us and release, unburden, and rejuvenate in a group setting online and in person. This collaborative and supportive environment allows participants to dive deeper into secondary trauma, shift burn-out and feelings, enhance personal healing, maximize potential, feel connected to colleagues, and expand their Brainspotting skills. Release. Rejuvenate. Recharge.
Understanding The Deeper Healing Workshop
You will be able to apply Brainspotting to your personal process, doy our internal work and experience life from a grounded, connected, creative, relational, vibrant space. The focus of this training is to support the participants to do personal work that can support their attunement and clinical practice. The training will have four demonstration sessions where Cynthia will use various Brainspotting set-ups followed by a debrief session. Unlike a Brainspotting Phase training, the four demonstrations will not be limited to any one set-up providing maximum healing for participants.

Credits: 14 CE credits available (GA approved, recognized by other states)

Cost :Â $375Â Â

       This course sets the stage for deeper attunement in Brainspotting, paving the way for further professional development .
Workshop Includes
- New learning through 4 experientials with Cynthia and group support.
- 4 Practice times with colleagues. Therapists break into dyads for personal Brainspotting work.
- Opportunity to expand, release secondary trauma, and dive deep into personal concerns.

Daily Schedule: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time
The Agenda
- 9:30 to 10:00: Introduction and Grounding Exercises
- 10:00 to 11:00: Experiential and Debrief
- 11:00 to 1:00: Dyads
- 1:00 to 2:00: Lunch
- 2:00 to 3:00: Experiential and Debrief
- 3:00 to 5:00: Dyads
- 5:00 to 5:30: Debrief
Additional Details
- For in person training, participants are responsible for their own flights, transportation, and meals unless stated otherwise
- The workshop will comply with all current health and safety guidelines.
- If travel restrictions apply, the training will be offered online.
