This course is a guided voyage through life, offering writing inquiries on topics such as setting intentions, understanding patterns, and connecting to meaning and purpose. The Curious Voyage Journal connects you to Love, Power, and Serenity. Journaling reduces stress, improves the immune system, and strengthens memory. The class offers daily entry questions to prepare you for each day and ends with deep reflection.
Self-spotting is a self-led exercise that supports clarity and grounding by blending Brainspotting principles with mindfulness meditation. This dynamic practice fosters self-care and stress relief, offering benefits such as enhanced relaxation, personal growth, stress management, and physical tension relief. At the Self-Spotting workshop, participants learn about self-regulation and are introduced to Brainspotting and Self-Spotting. The workshop includes a short demonstration, tools for self-spotting beyond the session, and practices to integrate this approach into daily life.
