Move Our Energy and Set Our Intentions

Intention setting is a great way to start any new program.  It is a great way to take control of your personal choices, thoughts and actions.

ACTION FOR THE DAY:

Choose three topics you want to shift from the list below, or add another choice. Once you choose, write an action you will do every day toward each intention.

  • Balancing work and time
  • Relationship communication
  • Self-love
  • Creating Healthy Boundaries
  • Embracing Authenticity

Samples of suggestions:

1. Balancing Work and Time: Create appointments with myself in my calendar.

2. Relationship Communication: I will practice listening more when someone is speaking and refrain from guessing what they mean or interrupting.

3. Self-Love: I will start each day with a gratitude statement to myself.

4. Creating Healthy Boundaries: I will ask others to give me a minute before dropping what I am doing to attend to them.

5. Embracing Authenticity. I will complete the daily review in the journal each day with the intention of clearing myself.
