Heather Harris brings 20+ years of experience with a background in community mental health, which she now defines as trauma work. She is passionate about people, community, authenticity, and curiosity. While the nature of her work has required generalities, Heather has worked extensively with people who survive attachment wounds and developmental trauma. She now specializes in attachment and anxiety, as well as infertility and perinatal loss.

Heidi Birkner has been a professional counselor for over 25 years. She opened the doors to her private practice in 2006 at a time when it didn’t make sense according to her financial situation and family life. She took a leap of faith and followed her “inner voice,” hoping to help clients do the same. She is passionate about seeing people grow to become more fulfilled and confident as they work through the mental and emotional blocks holding them back.
Jennifer Farmer helps those struggling with life’s many challenges in relationships, life transitions, career decisions, addiction, personal growth, trauma, and grief. She provides knowledge, supportive counseling, and the level of accountability that you want to attain your goals for a happier life and better relationships. The purpose of the counseling relationship is to help people grow, heal, and achieve their life goals. At the outset of the therapy relationship, goals will be developed. Together plans are developed collaboratively to help you reach those goals.
Kristy Snedden is a trauma psychotherapist and a Brainspotting consultant, with a specialty endorsement for Brainspotting with Children and Adolescents. She has expertise in working with trauma, attachment, and creativity. She runs a full-time private practice in northeast Georgia where she treats clients of all ages. She developed and provides Brainspotting & Creative Writing groups (online). In her spare time, Kristy is a poet, whose poetry appears or is forthcoming in a variety of national and international online and print journals and anthologies, most recently storySouth and CV2.
With over 20 years of experience in clinical social work, Lisa Peaty specializes in helping individuals and families break free from unhealthy patterns shaped by past traumas and life challenges. She is a certified Brainspotting practitioner, using this neuroscience-based technique to access and process deeply stored experiences, fostering lasting change. Lisa also integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, and attachment-based approaches into her practice.
With extensive experience supporting adults and youth, Paula specializes in relational work, including couples counseling, substance use, trauma, and affair recovery. She holds Level 3 certification in the Gottman Method and is a SYMBIS facilitator, offering comprehensive pre-marital counseling. A Certified Brainspotting Professional and Consultant, Paula has advanced training in Brainspotting techniques for trauma, addictions, and law enforcement. Her person-centered approach emphasizes trust, respect, and collaboration, empowering clients to live with intention and purpose.
Suzanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Brainspotting practitioner. With a Master’s in Social Work from NYU and 18+ years of experience, Suzanne is dedicated to helping clients reconnect their body, mind, and spirit. She provides empathy, listens without judgment, and equips her clients with strategies to navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life changes. Through Brainspotting, a relational brain-body therapy, clients can process and release emotional pain, enhance creativity, and foster well-being.
Tomoko is dedicated to helping individuals discover their authentic selves and achieve a deeper sense of contentment. She believes in the brain’s remarkable ability to restore balance and regulate emotions, guiding clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
