Focused Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

Integrating basic brain/body principles from Brainspotting, a powerful and effective form of therapy, we will be introduced to Self-Spotting. We will learn through discussion, demonstration and practice how to apply Self-Spotting to our lives. This process is known to lead to greater peace and meaningful relationships.

I am honored to share this process with you. I have found it extremely helpful for myself during times of stress and when I want to enhance a thought or creative process. I am a trainer, Brainspotting consultant and involved since its inception in 2003. Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW

Who is it for?

This workshop is open to everyone. All it takes is having an open mind and willingness to learn something new and discover an organic tool to enhance your life.
