Integrating basic brain/body principles from Brainspotting, a powerful and effective form of therapy, we will be introduced to Self-Spotting. We will learn through discussion, demonstration and practice how to apply Self-Spotting to our lives. This process is known to lead to greater peace and meaningful relationships.
